Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned projects Preparation of Construction Work Programmed To monitor and ensure good quality control at site Closely monitoring of Day-to-Day work Progress/ Site Operation Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Co-ordinate/ Control of Sub-Contractor Control of Materials/ Plant/ Machineries/ Operators/ All Site Workers Liaison/ Co-ordinate with Consultants/ Clients To attend Site Meeting/ Site Evaluation/ Joint Measurement/ Testing/ Inspection To attend any other duties/ tasks as instructed by the Management from time to time
