Job Details
- Minimum 3 -5 year(s) related working experience preferably in Palm Oil Processing Mill. - With or without 1st or 2nd Grade Steam Engineer Certificate. - Overseeing in direct assistance and collaboration with the Mill Manager on overall operations of the production plant, its machines and equipment. - Initiate, identify and take appropriate action(s) on process areas for continuous improvement. - Be able to troubleshoot operation and maintenance issues. - Planning and optimizing production, manpower planning and loading. - Identifying potential staffs for human capital training, development and succession planning.
