Position: Contact Centre Officer 
 
 
 
Location: Tun Razak Exchange, Kuala Lumpur (Nearby MRT Station) 
 
 
 
Employment Type: 12 months contract 
 
Working Days/ Hours: Monday till Friday/8.30 am till 6 pm 
 
 
 
Salary: Up to RM2,500

Job Description: 
 
Perform servicing calls to reach out to customers to inform of pending premiums and encourage payment for continued coverage. 
 
Manager customer's expectations and follows up diligently to ensure PH makes premium payment by given timeline 
 
Undertake any other works and duties allocated by management as and when required 
 
 
 
Requirements 
 
Diploma with 1-year experience in a contact center or Fresh Degree graduate. 
 
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
 
Scored an A/B for English and Maths in SPM. 
 
Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions.
