-Employment Type: Permanent (Entitled for all permanent staff's benefits) 
 
 
 
-Working Days: 5 days' work, 2 days off (Day off is not necessary to be on a weekend or a public holiday) 
 
 
 
-Working Hours: 8 hours work per day + 1-hour break (9 hours per day) - Rotating shifts 
 
 
 
Job Description: 
 
Handle customers’ inquiries and requests pertaining to resolving issues over the phone. 
 
Note: No sales are required. 
 
MUST Have Requirements: 
 
Completed SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Matriculation/ Pre-U with minimum 5-6 years of working experience from the inbound contact center environment, OR; 
 
Completed a Diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience from the inbound contact center environment, OR; 
 
Completed a Degree/ Masters in any field of studies – With or without experience is accepted. (FRESH GRADUATES ONLY)) 
 
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
 
Able to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and/ or public holidays. 
 
MUST be able to start work with less than 2 weeks’ notice. 
 
Possess own transport.
