Role: Customer Service Officer 
Work Place: Jalan Ampang, KL (Nearby LRT Station)

Package: 
Basic Salary: Fresh Degree Graduate: RM2,700 
With Inbound Contact Centre experiences: Up to RM3,800 
KPI Incentive (Paid on a quarterly basis - Up to RM2,200) 
Shift Allowances (Upto RM450 based on the shifts) 
Working Days: 5 days work, 2 days off (Day off is not necessary to be on a weekend or a public holiday) 
Working Hours: 9 hours per day with an hour break - Rotating shifts (NOT ALLOWED TO CHOOSE THE SHIFTS) 
Morning shift: The earliest shift starts at 6am 
Afternoon shift: The latest shift ends by 2 or 3 am 
Night shift: The latest shift ends by 7am 
Job Description: 
Handle customers’ inquiries and requests pertaining to resolve issues over the phone. 
Note: No sales is required. 
Requirements: 
Completed SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Matriculation/ Pre-U with minimum 5-6 ye
