Job Details

Job Scope: - Manage and monitor daily shipments and update customers for all deliveries timely - Assist & support smooth running of daily operation job - Dealing with vendors & customers on shipments follow up - Ensure all documentations are being filed in a proper manner - Liaise with all parties for shipments arrangements and handle complaints via emails or phone. - Handle costing, billing documentation and payment for shipments. - Manage the necessary documentation for import and export activities. Requirement: - At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Good communication and written skills especially in English & local dialect will be advantage - Strong persuasiveness, patience, persistence skills - Candidate must be able to work independently, self motivated and discipline - Able to start immediately or within short notice is an advantage - Computer literate - Candidate must po
