Job Details
Responsibilities 1. Engage in new or existing product & market research in marketplace 2. Strategize Marketing Strategy 3. Involve in new or existing product posting, marketplace carousel & poster and selection photo. 4. Upload new product image, product listing, description and relevant information in platform. 5. Plan & implement activities for campaign or event that organize by platform, (e.g. Flexi Combo, Flash Sales & etc) 6. Reply Customer chat, tend to improve marketplace rating and follow up unpaid order. 7. Work with team members to complete duties as needed. 8. Achieving sales target, review sales performance & KPI. 9. Good customer service skill & improving customer service process. 10. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 11. Prepare weekly sale result and sale forecast. Requirements 1. Diploma/Fresh graduate/ Degree / SPM /STPM equivalent are welcome to apply 2. At least 2 years of working experience 3. Goal-oriented, organized team player (Result Driven) 4. Hardworking, Positive attitude 5. Multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently 6. Accurate, Precise attention to detail 7. Analyse problems & strategize for better solutions 8. Excellent verbal & written communication skills 9. Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, independent worker 10. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 11. Work well under stress & fast paced environment 12. Work well with management & staff at all levels 13.
