- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, co-work with SME telesales team to develop and recruit overseas customers onto --Alibaba Cloud, and achieve sales target.
- Developing and expanding the relationships with SME key account by continuously proposing solutions and products to support customer success of digital transformation.
- Fix any issues and problems raised by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Recruit SME partner to develop business in target market
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account and partner metrics.
- 2+ years Key Account management or channel partner experience.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
- Fluent English is must, strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to team work under high pressure circumstance.
