Job Details
Responsibilities 
 
1.	Support the day-to-day functions of finance and accounting department. 
 
2.	To handle billing, invoicing, and data entry in the accounting system. 
 
3.	Processing employees’ claim and expenses. 
 
4.	Answering and forwarding of phone calls, taking messages & handling basic enquiries. 
 
5.	Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents. 
 
6.	To handle in office general administrative. 
 
7.	To perform other related duties assigned by Financial Officer from time to time. 
 
8.	Assist in other administrative work when required. 
 
9.	Providing administration support in Sales & Marketing projects, e.g. Vendor Registration & Leads. 
 
 
 
Requirements 
 
1.	Self-motivated, hardworking. 
 
2.	Ability to multitask and take initiative. 
 
3.	No work experience required. 
 
4.	Possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate in Accounting (LCCI) / Diploma or equivalent. 
 
5.	Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
