• To lead production teams to meet or exceed operational goals in safety, quality, cost, and productivity. • To conduct teaching using ABB robotic cutting machine for all products. • To carry out forming readiness – inspect machinery, mould and material prior to set-up. • To collaborate with engineering members with regards to product tooling and design to ensure efficient production. • To identify nonconforming materials/products and work with related department for resolution. • To verify parts, jigs and process upon any engineering changes. • To develop and maintain documents such as Work Instructions, Process Specifications, Jigs & Fixtures list, etc. • To plan, coordinate and control daily production process and activities to achieve daily and monthly output. • Able to understand or operate the machine and troubleshoot minor equipment issue to ensure production running smoothly. • To work closely within and with other departments fo
