Job Details

- Manage superior & employees claim and make a record into MS Excel by each month. - Monitor and handle office utilities bill & other payment needed. - Issue Purchasing Document such as Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order & Invoice as per instructed by the Superior. - Monitoring and assist to handle debtor debt and make a report each month. - Handling communication with clients via email, phone calls, in-person, mails & etc. - Performing any ad hoc task required by superior.
