We Are Hiring HR Executive (RM 2,800 - RM 3,800) Job scope: ✅Liaising with government bodies (eg. JKKP, Labour office, immigration, LHDN). ✅Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software. ✅Responsible in monthly EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax contributions, ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements and datelines that are in practice. ✅Resolve payroll errors. ✅Maintaining employee records. ✅Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations. ✅Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions. ✅Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required. ✅Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll. ✅Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits.
