BUILDING MAINTENANCE / TECHNICIAN MYR 2000 - MYR 2500 Working days: 5.5 days (other days on call) Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 1:30pm Location: Sungai Long, Taman Equine, Puchong, Cheras...... (Klang Valley) JOB SCOPE: - Plumbing, washing and cleaning of water tank of the building - Changing of water valves and filters - Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs inside and outside the apartment - Complete daily tasks and possibly work on other tasks at the same time if needed - Complete all tasks assigned by superiors within the deadline - Automatically report task progress, follow up, and resolve outstanding repairs and work Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
