Responsibilities: · Assist with IT infrastructure · Assist to maintain equipments, involving hardware, software, and systems · Diagnose network and system problems and react to failures and errors to maintain system integrity and performance · Installs and setup necessary software and hardware/peripherals · Provides users with technical support · Ensure all daily tasks or processes are successful · Any other duties as assigned Requirements: · Minimum Diploma in IT or related fields with at least 1 year of troubleshooting experience · Good interpersonal and communication skills · Language : Mandarin, English · Only Malaysians
