Job Details
1.Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. 2.Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues 3.Install appliances and equipment 4.Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs 5.Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation) 6.Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations 7.Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues. Requirements and skills 1.Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems 2.Experience using hand and electrical tools 3.Ability to read technical manuals and drawings 4.Very good communication and interpersonal skills 5.Successful completion of an apprenticeship is required
