Job Details
Role 
•	Manage customer daily orders and delivery arrangements. 
•	Manage customer enquiries and feedback via Whatsapp, email, social media, and other communication platforms. 
•	Assist customers with manual orders, and manage special requests. 
•	Communicate with partner suppliers to respond to customer enquiries. 
•	Track deliveries and update customers on order status. 
•	Update website with stock availability. 
•	Assist with the operations team’s general tasks. 
•	Provide feedback to the operations, sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience and communications.

Requirements 
•	Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any discipline. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. 
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office and third party logistic provider apps (Lalamove, Grab etc). 
•	Good understanding of major social media platforms.
