Salary: RM2500 + OT 
Location: Near to public transport 
Working Days/Hour: Monday - Friday (8AM-11 PM) -shift rotation 
Job Descriptions 
•	Responsible to handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services. 
•	Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives 
•	Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services 
•	Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 
•	Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 
•	Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level 
Job Requirement: 
•	Diploma with 2 years of experience working in call centre 
•	Fresh Graduates of Degree/Master are encouraged to apply 
•	Willing to work on shift rotation basis 
•	Training is provided
